GOP women’s group seeking Ivanka Trump appearance
A GOP lawmaker wants to hear first daughter Ivanka Trump’s ideas for creating greater opportunities for women to thrive in the workforce.

“[Ivanka’s] got some ideas specifically relating to fighting for women, daycare issues and women and girls getting into STEM,” said Rep. Martha McSally (R-Ariz.), head of the GOP’s Women in the 21st Century Workforce Working Group.”
McSally said her staff has been in contact with Trump’s team about scheduling an appearance.
“We look forward to hearing from her, having her before our working group to testify so that we can figure out how we can find some common ground to move some initiatives for her.”
