He is one of The Hill’s most frequent TV commentators, appearing three times each week on NewsNation’s “Morning in America,” as well as on other shows. A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, in the past he has written for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Guardian, among others.
