Sylvan Lane is the Business Editor at The Hill, where he leads coverage of financial, economic and technology policy. Sylvan joined the editorial team as assistant business and finance editor in January 2023 after seven years as a finace and economics reporter with The Hill. A graduate of Northwestern University, he previously interned with Boston Globe and Dallas Morning News in Washington, D.C., before joining The Hill.
