Actor Devin Ratray was arrested on two domestic assault and battery charges after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend earlier this month, local outlet KFOR reported. He turned himself in to police in Oklahoma City.

“Mr. Ratray denies he ever laid a hand on her or did anything in regards to anything like that,” Ratray’s attorney Scott Adams told KFOR.
The 44-year-old actor was released from jail a short time later.
Earlier this month, Ratray partnered with Airbnb to offer people the chance to spend the night in the house from “Home Alone” while enjoying Chicago deep dish pizza, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and a viewing of the new addition to the franchise “Home Sweet Home Alone” on Disney+.
